This tea is called “Honyama tea” and still richly cultivated.
Raccha is denominated as Tokugawa Ieyasu Ko Commendation Quadricentennial Anniversary Tea by National treasure Kuno-zan Toshogu Shrine.
What is Raccha?
Raccha uses highest quality tea leaves made of 1 week-old, hand picked shoots. Each shoot consists of 1 terminal bud and 2 to 3 leaves.

How to enjoy Raccha
Place 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) of Raccha into a mug. Add 250 or 300ml of hot water and stir it well. You can drink Raccha as well as eating tea leaves.

Adjust the quantity of Raccha as you like and enjoy your original flavor.
